Hello, Peter.

I felt it important to take a minute and thank you for the wonderful time my wife and I had last night. We’ve been going to New Year’s Eve parties since we were married 24 years ago. From all the venues we’ve been to on Long Island, yours was the best BY FAR. Your food was the best, your cocktail hour was great and the dinner was excellent! And the service was terrific. I want to put in a special note of thanks to the maitre d’. He was so accommodating, it was truly amazing. Bruce took care of all our needs, including special orders for my wife and her cousin and his wife. Bruce left no stone unturned in taking care of us. It was the first time we took relatives out on New Year’s Eve, and they had such a fabulous time, they want to go back to Woodbury CC every year, and want to go back for Valentine’s dinner/ dance. Please extend my thanks to Bruce and the rest of your staff for a job well done.

Everything- the incredible hospitality, the food, ambiance and overall professionalism of everyone is something we will forever be thankful for.  I wish we could relive our wedding day over and over again and each time it would be with you and your team!  Sara and Lisa were so helpful and made our day so seamless. Everyone was so impressed with the space, food and all that WCC has to offer.

Dear Carolyn and Staff. On behalf of Last Hope Animal Rescue I would like to thank you so much. Last night was absolutely amazing. The food and room were excellent- the service perfect. We were treated like royalty. I apologize for our late exit and holding up your staff from leaving. The party was such a success and people kept coming up to say what a great time they had we were delayed in packing up. It was a party that will be remembered for a very long time by everyone from Last Hope who attended.

Dear Peter:
We wanted to thank you once again for the terrific night that we had. You delivered on everything that you promised and then some. Everyone and everything was perfect. We will always have fantastic memories of Ilyse & Brian’s wedding. We truly believe that she had her “fairy tale” wedding, the one that all little girls dream about due to you and your employees.

From the minute we pulled up to the front entrance, we were whisked away by your loyal staff for an afternoon and evening where all of our needs and wants were catered to. I wish I could have a “Lisa” at my disposal all of the time, she was simply wonderful. She was even able to keep our rowdy best man in check with a smile on her face when I am positive he would try the patience of a saint. There aren’t enough adjectives to describe Bruce but he was all things to everyone, in all places at the same time, never missing a beat. He could even replace my “Bruce”.

The phone calls keep coming with everyone raving about the food, our compliments to the chef and the venue. They keep telling us that it was the best wedding they have ever been to.

Once again, thank you for making our memories of this day wonderful ones that we will always remember.
